Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on New Media and Public Communications to the former Governor of Rivers State and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has taken to X (formerly known as Twitter), to react to the report that 40 witchcraftmen were arrested and detained in Anambra State.

According to a post on the official X handle of Lere Olayinka, the Media Aide to the former Governor of Rivers State, said that he is still surprised that none of those 40 witchcraftmen that were arrested and detained disappeared from detention. Lere Olayinka wondered what may have happened to their supernatural powers. Lere Olayinka’s post suggested that he was mocking the men that were arrested and detained in Anambra State.

Lere Olayinka had written, “I’m still surprised that none of those 40 Juju Men arrested and detained in Anambra State disappeared from detention. So what happened to their juju?”
