A Military Intelligence Analyst, Rebekah Koffler has asserted that the United States President elect, Donald Trump is the only president that Vladimir Putin fears. She explained that Russian intelligence perceives Trump as unpredictable, which complicates negotiations because the Russians cannot easily discern whether he is bluffing.
She stated that the current geopolitical situation favors Russia in negotiations, while Ukraine is at a disadvantage. She expressed concern about the next 60 days, emphasizing the risks associated with President Biden having control over nuclear capabilities in the United States.
She said in an interview with Fox News from 6:21, ‘Donald Trump is the only president that Putin fears for multiple reasons. And one is that the Russian intelligence designated that Trump is unpredictable. Which means when Trump negotiates, the Russians will not be able to tell whether he is bluffing or not. The Russians are in an excellent position to negotiate. The Ukrainians are not. But we have 60 days still when Biden has his finger on the nuclear button. And when Biden has been cognitively impaired, we are in a very perilous situation.”
