Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and current FCT minister, Nyesom Wike has taken to his official X handle to react after Isaac Fayose, the younger brother to former Ekiti State governor Ayodele Fayose withdrew his case against him. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that he must pay millions in damages.
The recent stand-off between Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to FCT minister Nyesom Wike and Ayodele Fayose’s younger brother took an interesting turn as the case was withdrawn following public pressure.
However, the senior special adviser in a daunting move, filed a counter suit, sparking massive public reactions as many were left stunned that the almost buried crisis was reopened for public scrutiny.
