Mosab Hassan Yousef, a well-known Palestinian activist and son of a Hamas co-founder, has taken to his verified Twitter account to address the current situation in Iran, suggesting that recent military strikes are only a precursor to a larger shift in power within the country.
Yousef, known for his strong stance against extremism, made a bold statement, addressing his “Iranian friends” and hinting at a larger agenda against the Iranian regime.
In his message, Yousef expressed confidence that recent airstrikes, which he described as “just a rehearsal,” indicate that Iran’s leadership may face significant consequences. He referenced the “Ayatollah,” Iran’s Supreme Leader, stating his belief that the current regime could be ousted, along with a prediction that “evil heads will be harvested.” This strong language reflects Yousef’s continued stance against regimes he considers oppressive or extremist.
Yousef’s message extended beyond a critique of the current Iranian leadership; he forecasted a “Middle East free of Islamists,” envisioning a future where, he argues, oppressive regimes and nuclear ambitions no longer threaten the region’s stability. His reference to the Iranian nuclear program, which has long been a topic of international scrutiny, suggests he sees its elimination as a key component in achieving peace.
