Following the removal of Southern Borno Senator, Ali Ndume as the Senate Chief Whip by the National Assembly today, former presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dele Momodu has taken to social media to ask some questions in relation to the National Assembly and president Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Recall that the upper chamber of the National Assembly had few hours ago, announced that Senator Ali Ndume has been removed from the position of the Senate Chief Whip, after a letter of complaint against his utterances by the All Progressive Congress (APC) National Headquarters was read out by Senator Godswill Akpabio.

The upper chamber of the National Assembly further announced that Senator Ali Ndume has been replaced by Senator Tahir Munguno as the Senate Chief Whip.

Such announcement did not however, sit well with Nigerian businessman, Dele Momodu, as he took to his official Instagram account to ask Nigerians if president Bola Ahmed Tinubu cannot be criticized by a ranking senator.

Dele Momodu wrote;

“What manner of National Assembly is this!! So, president Bola Ahmed Tinubu cannot be criticized and advised by a ranking senator… Very sad and unfortunate.”….Seë_Morë
