In a candid interview on Channels TV, the former chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance, Victor Oye emphasized the Nigerian people’s role in electing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, urging him to prioritize the public’s interests as his constituents and “employers.”

Oye cautioned against incendiary actions that could potentially undermine Tinubu’s presidency.

Recognizing the collective responsibility for Tinubu’s ascent to power, Oye argued that destructive behavior towards his administration would ultimately harm the nation’s own creation.

Instead, he advocated for a guiding approach to support Tinubu in his presidential duties.

According to Victor Oye, “We hired President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as our beloved president. Whatever he is doing, he must do it considering our own interest as his employer. We don’t need to put fire under him, the fire will consume him. President Tinubu is not there by himself. We put him there, we cannot destroy what we build. What we need to do is to guide him.”….V¡ew_Next
