According to Al Jazeera, Hezbollah has released a video showcasing an elaborate underground military site equipped with heavy missiles and launchers, accompanied by a chilling warning from the group’s leader.

The four-minute video features armed men setting up missiles within a complex of winding tunnels, as the voice of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah plays in the background. “Missiles are placed, deployed and focused on targets,” the voice asserts.

But the most striking part of the video is Nasrallah’s warning: “If Israel imposes a war on Lebanon, Israel will face a destiny and reality it didn’t expect.”

The facility, referred to as “Imad 4,” is presented as a sophisticated military complex designed to evade Israeli detection and strikes. It includes large rocket launchers and vehicles transporting missiles through the expansive underground network. The video aims to demonstrate Hezbollah’s military capabilities and its preparedness for potential conflict.

This release comes amid heightened tensions following the assassination of senior Hezbollah commander Fouad Shukr in an Israeli drone strike on July 30, which has prompted the group to vow retaliation. Analysts suggest that the video serves as a deterrent, indicating that targeting these launchers would be challenging for Israeli forces.

As diplomatic efforts continue to ease tensions, including ongoing ceasefire negotiations in Doha, Hezbollah’s deputy leader Naim Qassem emphasized that any retaliation would be separate from the Gaza situation, stating, “The response will happen.”….VìêwMorê
