The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has predicted a future disagreement between former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, while also criticizing the country’s homeland security structure.
Primate Ayodele made the remarks during a prophetic session shared on his official Facebook page from 11:38 on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
Speaking on recent political alignments involving Obi and Kwankwaso, the cleric claimed that the alliance between both politicians would eventually face internal problems. “Kwakwaso and Obi, they will fight,” he stated.
According to him, the partnership between the two opposition figures was not built on genuine political unity. “Because their unity is not genuine. It’s fake. They are not there to win. It’s for their own selfish interest,” Primate Ayodele said.
The cleric also addressed reactions from supporters concerning his public remarks about Obi and Kwankwaso, insisting that his comments were based on his personal convictions. “I don’t say Obi should like me or Kwakwaso should like me. They even said I don’t like Obi. Am I to talk for Obi? Because you don’t see what I see,” he stated.
Primate Ayodele further criticized the country’s homeland security arrangement, describing it as unnecessary and inappropriate within Nigeria’s current security structure. “Now, we have homeland security. Which is wrong. There is no homeland security in Nigeria; it is wrong. Tinubu is a wrong step,” he said, referring to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The cleric stated that he was familiar with the individual appointed within the homeland security structure but maintained that the arrangement was not suitable. “I know the person they picked as homeland security adviser, Senior Special Adviser. But sincerely, not the right thing,” he stated.
Primate Ayodele argued that existing security agencies, including the Department of State Services, already possess the capacity to handle such responsibilities. “Sensitive. DSS can do all of this,” he said.
The cleric concluded by calling on the President to reassess the country’s security framework and strategy. “President, review your security,” he stated….Read_More…
