Balami Isaac, the Deputy Director General of the Peter Obi 2023 Campaign Council has announced his resignation from the Labour Party. He took to his official X handle on Wednesday to make the announcement. In the message that he posted on his page, he appreciated the Obidient Movement and the Labour Party for granting him the opportunity to serve.
Balami Isaac said that before he made the decision to leave the party, he notified the national leader of the Labour Party, Peter Obi. He said he has now rejoined his former party, the All Progressive Congress, APC.
According to Balami Isaac on his X handle;
“I have personally informed HE Peter Obi of my decision and I am openly appreciating him for the opportunity to serve during the 2023 Presidential campaign. I also appreciate my team and lastly, I appreciate you my dear friends. God bless the Obidient Movement. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria”….Seë_Morë
