A Nigerian human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, has spoken about ASP Nuhu Usman, the police officer who shot and killed a restrained suspect, Oghenemine Ogidi, in Delta State
In an interview from 2:11 with News Central TV, Gwamnishu said ASP Usman’s mother died recently and her body is still in the mortuary. He added that Usman is her only child
Gwamnishu said some policemen informed him that they had previously warned Usman that his unprofessional conduct could lead him into serious trouble if he did not change. He said many people in Delta State are aware of Usman’s unprofessional conduct
