During a live political interview from 31:25 on Symfoni TV, Oladimeji Fabiyi evaluated the performance records of some prominent Nigerian political leaders, focusing on their contributions while in office at the state level.

Fabiyi highlighted what he described as measurable achievements of former governors, stressing that leadership should be judged based on practical results rather than political statements or promises.

He specifically remarked, “Aregbesola created about 25,000 jobs, while Amaechi remodeled both primary and secondary schools.” According to him, such accomplishments reflect real impact on citizens and should be part of any serious political assessment.

Explaining further, Fabiyi noted that during his tenure as governor, Rauf Aregbesola introduced several initiatives aimed at reducing unemployment. He said these programs reportedly led to the creation of thousands of job opportunities, especially targeting young people and improving their economic participation.

He also referenced Rotimi Amaechi’s time in office, stating that his administration focused heavily on education reform.
