A Nigerian human rights activist and lawyer, Mr Dele Farotimi, has taken out his time to reply an X user who accused him of being hateful of the Yoruba tribe. While speaking, Farotimi demanded to know what he (Farotimi) did, that could make a sensible person interpret him as being hateful of the Yoruba tribe.
Speaking further, he made it known that he read the said post with so much pain in his heart, noting that he wondered at the confliction of school attendance with education.
Mr Dele Farotimi made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Saturday afternoon, while reacting to the said post that was made by an X user.
He wrote: “I read your question with deep pains in my heart, as I wondered at the conflation of school attendance with education. How did you arrive at the presumption that underpins your question? Exactly what have I ever done that you may SENSIBLY interpret as being hateful of the Yoruba?”
