Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has spoken out strongly against claims that Southern Kaduna is being sidelined in government decisions and development. In a recent interview with Channels Television from 23.35, the governor explained that his administration is focused on fairness, inclusion, and development for everyone in the state, regardless of religion or ethnicity.

One major point he made was about a recent appointment he personally made. “The Head of Service is not a Muslim, she’s a Christian. I just appointed her myself a few months ago,” Governor Sani said. He explained that this choice reflects his commitment to carrying everyone along in governance.

He also mentioned that many people holding important positions in the state and at the federal level are Christians, which he believes helps build trust among the people.

Beyond appointments, Governor Sani stressed that real fairness comes from developing all parts of the state equally. “The common man wants to see roads, hospitals, and projects that improve their lives,” he said.

He shared that major road projects and hospital upgrades are ongoing in Southern Kaduna, including the long road being constructed from Sanga to Kafanchan. According to him, this is not about favoritism but about making sure every part of the state gets equal attention.

Governor Sani also noted that his administration is not driven by politics, religion, or ethnicity, but by the desire to develop Kaduna State fairly and equally for everyone.
