George expressed his concerns about Wike’s public statements, which he claimed threatened the stability of the PDP and accused Wike of making provocative comments directed at key political figures, according to George, such actions are counterproductive and could harm the party’s reputation.

George argued that such language was unacceptable and could incite unnecessary tensions within the country.

George also questioned why the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government had not addressed Wike’s statements and claimed that Wike’s actions were capable of causing insurrection.

Additionally, he criticized the PDP for failing to take disciplinary action against Wike, urging the party to address the issue to prevent further harm.

“Why can’t we tell all these troublemakers to go and sit down if they don’t want this party to move forward?”

“The other day, Wike boasted openly and threatened Governors by saying ‘I will put fire in your state, I will put fire in your state’.”
