Yunusa Tanko, the coordinator of Obidient movement and former Chieftain of the Labour Party has taken to his official X handle to react after a group identified as the village boys movement launched a two million man march for the former governor of Anambra State and ADC Chieftain, Peter Obi. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the support was highly appreciated.
Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and erstwhile Labour Party presidential candidate was recently given a campaign boost after several members of the village boys movement launched a two million man march for him.

According to his statements, he pointed out that the move by the group was to mobilize grassroots support for the former Anambra governor and also to encourage the people to participate in ensuring a good outing in the forthcoming elections.
The willingness displayed by the group to support the ADC Chieftain, according to Yunusa Tanko, reflects a deepening political consciousness among the people.
