Tonye Cole, who previously ran for governor under the All Progressive Congress (APC) banner in Rivers State, has shared his perspective on Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s political situation during a recent Arise TV interview from 5:18.

Cole emphasized the practical constraints facing the current administration, stating that Governor Fubara has limited options in the present circumstances. “First and foremost, I don’t think he has much of a choice,” Cole said during the interview. “You cannot be in government, run a government, and you don’t have a budget, you don’t have an assembly, you don’t have a cabinet. It’s impossible. And so, if you’re going to be a governor, these things are necessary, so you have to do it.”
