The Former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, has made it known that many individuals in President Bola Tinubu’s led government should currently be behind bars or on the gallows. The former president also emphasized the need for moral rearmament among Nigerian leaders and citizens, in order to achieve the country’s goals.
According to Sahara Reporters, former President Obasanjo made this disclosure while receiving six members of the House of Representatives who are co-sponsoring bills aimed at single-term presidencies, rotational presidency, and governorship rotation.
Obasanjo went on and made it known that the country is on the brink of explosion as a result of numerous challenges, thereby urging those in power to take courageous action before it becomes too late.
Obasanjo said; “With all due respect, many in government should currently be behind bars or on the gallows.”
The Former President went on and made it known that if the country gets it right in about two and a half years, the country could overcome some challenges, and in about 10 years, the country will have a solid foundation.
