Amid the ongoing nationwide protest against bad leadership and economic hardship across the country, the former senator who represented the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, Senator Shehu Sani, has demanded to know the reason why the people of South East region refused to join the protest, despite the fact that several easterners were supporting the protest.
Speaking further, the former lawmaker also demanded to know the reason why northerners refused to protest against Yar’Adua and Buhari, but protested against Goodluck Jonathan and Bola Tinubu. He also demanded to know why south westerners always protest against all the presidents.
Senator Shehu Sani made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Thursday evening, while reacting to the ongoing nationwide protest.
He wrote: “Why did the South East refused to protest when many south easterners were supporting the protest? Why did the Northerners refused to protest against Yar’adua and Buhari and they protested against GEJ and BAT? Why did the South Westerners always protest against All the Presidents?”
