The Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa has taken to her official X account on Friday, July 18, to reveal what former President, Muhammadu Buhari said after he was asked if he was dead and cloned.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa revisited the old video after Muhammadu Buhari died and was buried in Katsina state.
Abike Dabiri said Muhammadu Buhari was engaging people during a presidential town hall meeting when someone asked him if he was dead and cloned.
According to the video that was shared online, Buhari said he wasn’t dead and that he only went on medical trip.
“When I was away on medical vacation last year, a lot of people hoped I was dead. Yemi Osinbajo even had to deal with the rumours. Some people reached out to him to consider them to be his Vice President because they assumed I was dead. It embarrassed him alot because he visited me. It is the real me. I assure you all.
