Dr. Chidi Lloyd, a former Chairman of Emuoha Local Government Area has stated that he does not believe Governor Fubara is being honest in his recent remarks.
According to Punch, Lloyd said he listened to Fubara’s message asking his supporters not to take any action on his behalf without his permission. He said he felt sorry for those who were swayed by that statement. He mentioned that Fubara had once signed an agreement in front of the President but later supported people to institute court actions against that agreement.
Lloyd said that he does not believe Fubara’s Sunday statement was sincere. He said Fubara often acts like the victim in public, but secretly funds people to continue attacking others online. He said people are now aware of Fubara’s gimmicks and are no longer fooled by it. He said, “So I don’t think what he said on Sunday was genuine. He will always go back that night and release more funds for data to continue their attacks”
