The Obidient Movement is emphatically denying any suggestion of a factional crisis following a controversial endorsement of incumbent Anambra Governor Charles Soludo by a separate individual claiming to represent the movement.
Speaking on Arise TV from 3:26, Tango Yunusa, the movement’s National Coordinator Worldwide, firmly dismissed the claims of internal division and confusion over gubernatorial candidates. The interviewer had directly asked if the conflicting endorsements signaled a crisis.
Yunusa responded with a decisive denial, astating: “not at all because right from the beginning there’s only one coordinator and one leader of the movement and it’s very clear the leader of the movement is Mr peter Obi”.
