Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, led an energetic motorcade through Benin City to celebrate the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) recent legal successes over the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He shared that this event was to commemorate the significant ruling by the Appeal Court that favored the APC, building on their earlier victories in the governorship election and Tribunal.

According to report from PUNCH, Okpebholo pointed out the festive spirit created by the gathering of APC leaders, devoted supporters, and local community members.

He expressed his optimism about the party’s future, especially as they look ahead to the upcoming Supreme Court decision.

In his speech, the governor emphasized the role of divine guidance in their accomplishments and expressed gratitude towards President Bola Tinubu for his support in advancing Edo State.

He stated,

“The PDP keeps giving us reasons to celebrate. We beat them in the governorship election, at the Tribunal, and now at the Appeal Court. We’ll beat them again at the Supreme Court.”
