U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters has issued a grave accusation against President Donald Trump, alleging that he is directly responsible for the deaths of more than 80 people in a series of military strikes targeting boats in the Caribbean.

In a strongly worded statement posted on her verified Twitter account, Waters described Trump as “a killer,” accusing his administration of carrying out unlawful attacks under the guise of combating Venezuelan drug trafficking.

According to Waters, the first incident occurred on September 2, when U.S. forces bombed a boat in international waters. She alleged that after the initial strike, two survivors were visibly clinging to the side of the damaged vessel. Instead of being rescued, Waters claims, a second strike was ordered specifically to kill the two men. She said Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth issued a chilling directive to “kill them all,” which was then carried out by Admiral Frank M. Bradley.

Waters further stated that this incident was not isolated. She claimed that since the first strike, 22 additional boats have been bombed and a total of 83 people killed—none of whom have been afforded the benefit of investigation, documentation, or congressional oversight. She denounced the actions as a brazen abuse of presidential power, arguing that the President has bypassed legal procedures and ignored constitutional limits.

The congresswoman criticized Trump for acting without consulting Congress, as required for military operations, especially those involving lethal force. She also condemned what she described as the administration’s disregard for human rights and international law. View, More,
