President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reacted after the President of the United State of America, Donald Trump said he will send US military to wipe out Islamic terrorists in Nigeria if the Federal Government continues to allow the killing of Christians.
The reaction of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was contained in the post that the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga shared on his official X handle on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
According to THIS DAY, the US President said he has ordered the Department of War to take action if the Nigerian government fails to end the killings.
Here is what Donald Trump said;
“I am hereby instructing our Department of War to prepare for possible action. If we attack, it will be fast, vicious and sweet just like the terrorist thugs attack our cherished Christians!”.
However, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has now ordered the service chiefs to defend the nation. He said there is no more time for excuse.
The President told the service chiefs to deploy technology where necessary and ensure that the issue of insecurity is conquered.
