The South East Traditional Rulers Council chairman, Samuel Ikechukwu Asadu, recently conveyed his excellent experience after his visit with President Tinubu in the Villa. Asadu stated his happiness at meeting the President in an interview with Arise TV from to 11:31, characterizing the environment as friendly and productive.

Asadu pointed out that during their talks, President Tinubu made sure the traditional rulers were comfortable. The gathering gave the traditional leaders a forum to discuss numerous urgent issues with the nation’s senior leadership.

A number of important individuals, including ministers and the managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), were present at the meeting in addition to the president. These representatives sent the traditional rulers reports on a variety of topics, providing them with insightful analysis and current information.

Asadu stressed that a spirit of friendship and respect for one another pervaded the exchange. The President’s friendly demeanor toward the traditional leaders—which included laughing and giving them an embrace—reinforced the spirit of cooperation and solidarity.Since it was the chairman’s first time seeing Aso Rock, it was an especially special occasion.

Hear him: “Anybody who sees the President of Nigeria is always happy, this is my first time going to Aso Rock. He (Tinubu) gave us time, his Federal Executive Council were there, ministers were there, the MD of NNPC was there and they gave us reports.
