In a sermon titled “Provoking God’s Blessings” delivered during the Provoking God’s Blessings Service, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the founder and senior pastor of Salvation Ministries International, passionately expounded on the unique and unparalleled value of the Bible.

In the sermon video, Emphasizing its role as the ultimate guide for success and prosperity, he declared, “There is no book on earth that can match the Bible.”

Pastor Ibiyeomie began by highlighting the importance of the Word of God as a major catalyst for triggering divine blessings. He stated, “Blessings are provoked through the Word of God. Our value for the Word of God determines the quality of life we live on earth,” citing Acts 20:32 and Hebrews 1:3 as foundational scriptures that underscore the Bible’s transformative power.

Illustrating his point, Pastor Ibiyeomie referred to Joshua 1:8, emphasizing that prosperity and success are deeply rooted in the diligent study and application of God’s Word. “Everything that makes you successful is in God’s Word. The greatest book on success is the Bible,” he asserted, urging the congregation to recognize the Bible’s supremacy over all other self-help and business guides.

He continued by addressing practical aspects of diligence and hard work, quoting Proverbs 22:29 to stress the necessity of being industrious in one’s endeavors. “You are not diligent, so how will you prosper in your business?” he questioned, criticizing the lackadaisical attitude some people exhibit towards their work.

He admonished those who fail to adhere to their business hours and waste time on non-productive activities, underscoring that success requires consistent effort and commitment.
