The governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki has taken to his official X account to say that the height of police partisanship is Adams Oshiomhole using a police helicopter to campaign.
Godwin Obaseki made the statement after he addressed members of the Edo state chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress.
He said the game plan is that the police and APC want to destabilize Edo state so that they can pave way for devious rigging in the coming election.
He said it is not right that Adams Oshiomhole will be using police helicopter to campaign around the state.
According to Godwin Obaseki on his page;
“That APC chieftain, Adams Oshiomhole, will be using a police helicopter to campaign around the state is the height of police partisanship. It is not right. I am deeply grateful to our trade union leaders and members for honouring me with a ‘Thank You Rally.’ For eight years, we have enjoyed a cordial working relationship without a single labour strike”.
