In a recent statement, IRGC General Qassem Qoreyshi criticized the ongoing military presence of the United States, Israel, and Turkey in Syria.

According to IRAN INTERNATIONAL, He pointed out that Syria could have been peaceful, but foreign occupation has led to suffering for its people.

Qoreyshi expressed sadness over the “tragic fate” of the Syrian population, which has faced vìolence and displacement since the civil wàr began in 2011. He emphasized that these foreign powers undermine Syria’s sovereignty and contribute to its ongoing problems.

General Qassem said, “Syria, which should have been in complete peace, is today under the occupation of the United States, Israel, and Turkey. We are witnessing a tragic fate for the people of Syria.”
