Nigerian activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore has taken to his official X account on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 to react after Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy explained how security operatives were able to secure the release of church worshippers in Eruku, Kwara state.
This came after it was announced that the church worshippers have been rescued and reunited with their family members.
In the report that surfaced online, Bayo Onanuga said the worshippers were released after the military and DSS contacted the kidnappers. He said the bandits complied because they understand the consequences of not obeying the security operatives.
Reacting, Omoyele Sowore stated that nothing is left.
According to Omoyele Sowore on his official X account;
“The way the DSS and police seem to spring into action instantly on behalf of these violent groups is unquestionably the most complicit admission yet.
“As we have always warned Nigerians, the government and these terror networks operate on the same wavelength”. View, More,
