Nigerian activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore has reacted to the statement that was made by the former Attorney General of Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami after he was accused of supporting terrorists.
The reaction of Omoyele Sowore was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
In the post that Abubakar Malami shared on his page he denied being a terrorist financier or having any link with bandits.
Here is what Abubakar Malami wrote on his official X handle;
“I state clearly and unequivocally that I have never at any time been accused, invited, interrogated or charged by any security, law enforcement agency, within or outside Nigeria, in respect of terrorism financing or any related offence”.
However, Omoyele Sowore has now shared his thoughts after the post surfaced online. In a statement that he shared on his page, he described the statement that was made by Abubakar Malami as a veiled confession.
