Nigerian activist and African Action Congress, AAC candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Omoyele Sowore has reacted after hearing that the boy who stood in front of the convoy of the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi is allegedly languishing in prison.
It would be recalled that the boy went viral after standing in front of a moving convoy during the 2023 Obidatti Campaign.
However, Omoyele Sowore reacted after an X user wrote on his page;
“Do you guys remember this picture? Well, the boy in front of this convoy is languishing in Kirikiri prison”.
In the post that the former presidential candidate shared on his official X handle on Tuesday, he said an immediate action must be taken to remove the boy from prison.
Here is what Omoyele Sowore wrote on his official X handle;
“Given the boy’s apparent innocence, immediate rescue efforts are necessary to remove him from prison. If anyone has access to his lawyers and family, kindly notify us at your earliest convenience”.
