Omoyele Sowore has criticized Peter Obi, saying that despite Obi presenting himself as different, his actions show otherwise. Sowore claimed that Obi has always aligned with political figures he described as harmful to Nigeria, like Babachir Lawal, Rotimi Amaechi, and Abubakar Malami.
In a video from 3.27 shared by TV Platinum, Sowore suggested that if former President Buhari were still alive, Obi would likely be in the same political party as him today. He added that many people close to Obi have already joined the ruling APC party, hinting that Obi might reconcile with its current leader, Bola Tinubu, in the future.
According to Sowore, joining the APC comes with perks, including forgiveness for past wrongs and large financial benefits for politicians, including governors and senators. He accused Obi of misleading Nigerians and claimed he personally was never fooled, saying he could detect fake people from a young age.
Sowore said he has always been able to spot fake leaders, including former presidents Ibrahim Babangida (IBB), Olusegun Obasanjo (OBJ), Goodluck Jonathan (GEJ), and Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. He described this ability as a “radar detector for fake people,” which has helped him understand the true nature of political figures long before others could see it.
