One of the chieftains of the Labour Party, LP, Prof Pat Utomi has reacted after a Chinese company, Zhongshan Fucheng seized three Nigerian presidential aircrafts.
According to DAILY TRUST, the Chinese firm seized the three presidential aircrafts in Paris, France, following the order of a French court.
Reacting to the report, Pat Utomi said it is the ultimate symbol of national emasculation. In the post that he shared on his official X handle on Saturday, he said Nigeria does not need a presidential fleet. He said Britain does not have a presidential fleet for its Prime Minister.

“So they impounded the Nigerian Presidential Jet? That is the ultimate symbol of national emasculation. How did we get here? Do we need a Presidential Jet fleet? Those who weaned us on the milk of the modern state, Britain, do not have such for their PM. At one time before Air Peace, the presidential fleet in a Nigeria of poor people, had more Jets than most commercial airlines in the country”….Vìêw–Morê
