Former Local Government Council Chairman in Rivers State, Chidi Lloyd, has stated that the Governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara, stated that he would have loved it if he was given 20 years notice in other to prepare before being made governor of Rivers State.
Chidi Lloyd made this claim during an interview with some journalists on Arise Television From 23:12 where he spoke about the crisis in Rivers State . Chidi Lloyd said, “Sim Fubara told us that he is not prepared for the job because he is an accidental governor. He said that we should have told him 20 years ago so that he will prepare.”
