Former member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Chidi Lloyd, has stated that if the governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara, refuses to obey court orders and dismantle the caretaker committees he created for the local governments in Rivers State, then he will be forced to occupy the local government councils alongside his supporters.

Chidi Lloyd made this statement during a press briefing From 1:20 To 1:57 which was held in Rivers State alongside former local government committee chairmen. During the press briefing, Chidi Lloyd said, “we are not cowards. We will force our way into local government councils. We have kept quiet because of our leader (Nyesom Wike) who continues to preach peace.”
