In a move ahead of the U.S. presidential election, former President Barack Obama has officially expressed his support for Vice President Kamala Harris in her bid for the presidency. Taking to his official account on X, formerly known as Twitter, Obama shared a strong message of endorsement, praising Harris’s lifelong commitment to fighting for the underrepresented and marginalized.

“Kamala Harris has spent her life fighting on behalf of people who need a voice and a chance – and she’s going to keep fighting for you. That’s the kind of person I’m proud to vote for and that’s the kind of president that we need,” Obama wrote in a heartfelt post.
