The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church (IESC) Worldwide, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a strong response to individuals he says have been threatening or attacking him over his recent prophecies.
In a video released on Facebook, the cleric criticised those who, according to him, twist his spiritual messages to create ethnic tension, insisting that no amount of intimidation will make him silence what he believes God has revealed.
Primate Ayodele stated that he has been targeted for speaking on sensitive national matters, particularly issues involving ethnic groups.
He said some persons accuse him of being against the Igbo, Hausa, or any other group whenever his prophecies touch on matters relating to them.
According to him, such allegations are unfounded and driven by people “who don’t understand the purpose of prophetic warnings.”
He questioned why anyone would feel threatened by his spiritual declarations, stating, “Who is afraid of you? I am not afraid of anybody.” Ayodele maintained that his messages are not personal opinions but divine instructions meant to guide individuals and nations.
He stressed that rather than attacking prophets, people should focus on understanding and obeying the message being delivered.
The cleric lamented that some respondents resort to social media insults, misrepresentation, and threats to undermine the essence of his warnings. He described such reactions as distractions from what he considers the real issue—obedience to God’s directives.
Ayodele emphasised that every prophecy carries a corrective purpose and should not be used to incite hostility. He added that different ethnicities have their own cultural perspectives, which may influence how messages are interpreted. Nonetheless, he insisted that prophetic instructions must be taken seriously for individuals and societies to progress.
He concluded that he would continue to speak boldly regardless of criticism or threats. According to him, “Obedience remains the key to reversing certain things,” and ignoring divine warnings only leads to avoidable consequences. View, More,
