The former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi has advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to distance himself from sycophants.
Peter Obi made the statement on his official X handle on Monday. His statement is coming after President Tinubu addressed the nation on Sunday.
In the post that he shared on his official X handle, he said now is the time for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to distance himself from sycophants and surround himself with people who will present the unvarnished truth. Peter Obi said the President should begin by addressing pressing issues such as exorbitant cost of governance.
