Bayo Onanuga, a special adviser on Information and Strategy to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has taken to social media to react after seeing photos of rice harvested by Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun in Ogun State on Monday.

Sharing photos of rice harvested by him and his team in Ogun State on Monday, the Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun tweeted: “Today in Ogun State, we harvested the rice we planted in May 2024. By August 2024, we realised 7 MT/HTC from a pilot of 200 hectares, using outgrowers who were each given 1 hectare…”

This tweet from Dapo Abiodun sharing photos of rice harvested by him and his team in Ogun State, has attracted reactions from Nigerians, one of which was from President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s aide, Bayo Onanuga who tweeted: “All states that are not yet involved in agriculture should follow Ogun State’s example…”
