The founder of Anap jet, Atedo Peterside has taken to his official X account on September 19, 2025 to react to the statement that Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, Prof Chidi Odinkalu made about the emergency rule that was declared by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Rivers state.
Chidi Odinkalu’s statement came after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ended the emergency rule in Rivers state and ordered the governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara and all the Rivers State House of Assembly members to return to office.
According to the post that Chidi Odinkalu shared on his page, he said the court spent just 45 days to pronounce judgement on the case involving LG autonomy but the court has not heard the case involving emergency rule in Rivers state after several months.
Reacting, Atedo Peterside asked if there are some special people who are able to get their matters heard quickly in court.
According to Atedo Peterside on his official X account;
