Former governor of Anambra state and Labour Party, LP candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Peter Gregory Obi has reacted to the latest revelation that was made by the governor of Borno state, Babagana Zulum about the activities of terrorists in Borno state.
In a report that was published on the official X handle of NEWS CENTRAL TV, Babagana Zulum stated that some politicians and members of Nigerian army are informants of Boko Haram and terrorists.
However, Peter Obi has now reacted to the statement. In a post that he shared on his official X handle on Thursday, he said the revelation that was made by the governor is an indictment.
The former governor of Anambra state said anybody who is an informant to Boko Haram is a traitor. He said such people should be identified and punished.
Here is what Peter Obi wrote on his official X handle;
“Such individuals have no place in our institutions and must be identified, exposed and prosecuted without delay”.
