Sam Amadi, Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, recently emphasized a noteworthy pattern in President Tinubu’s appointments, revealing that over 80% are long-time associates, some with over 20 years of collaboration.

In a video by NEWS CENTRAL TV, Amadi made keen observations about Tinubu’s continued relevance in Lagos politics since his departure from office 16 years ago. He highlighted how Tinubu has adeptly utilized the city’s considerable financial resources, showcasing his astute political acumen.

Amadi asserted that Tinubu’s strategic actions within the political landscape underscore his qualifications and readiness for presidential leadership.

Here’s what he said,

“When Tinubu’s administration came to power, I made an observation: Mr. President left office 16 straight years ago. Since then, he has been playing politics of Lagos, lucky to have a good revenue stream, and he is very decisive in his politics. He is qualified to be president. The people he has put in government atleast 80% of them were people who worked with him 20 years ago or more.”
