Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike recently reacted after the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) reportedly rejected Bauchi State governor Bala Mohammed. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he mocked the governor for attempting to dump the People’s Democratic Party.

The news regarding the attempt by Bauchi State governor and chairman of the PDP governor’s forum, Bala Mohammed to dump the party generated mixed reactions from different quarters after the reports went viral across various social media platforms.

The governor, in a move to identify with a new platform, the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) ahead of the next general elections, was told that there was no space left for him, a refusal which caught public attention.

Reacting, Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the FCT minister and former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, mocked the Bauchi State governor for attempting to dump the PDP.

According to his statements, the outspoken senior special aide pointed out amid a sarcastic tone that the PDP Chieftain was also interesting in running away from the party.
