In a recent video, Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has sparked mixed reactions amongst Nigerians after engaging in a heated argument with Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
Recall that human rights activist Omoyele Sowore and many others have led Nigerians in a protest demanding the unconditional release of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, from the DSS detention.
However, amidst the ongoing trial, the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, queried Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court on where it is written in the law that he was not entitled to file a written address in the terrorism case.
Kanu’s incessant shoutings prompted the judge, Justice Omotosho, to order security officials to walk him out of the courtroom.
According to the video, “Which law says you can trial me with an unwritten law? Show me, yet you claim to be a judge.” View, More,
