A viral video that was posted by ARISE TV has captured the moment the former governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai was saying that he didn’t have the intention of becoming the governor of Kaduna state.
He said former President, Muhammadu Buhari, was the one who forced him to contest for the office of the governor in Kaduna state.
Nasir El-Rufai said people like him, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Oby Ezekwesili, are not the type that will stand on podium and start telling people to vote for them.
According to Mallam Nasir El-Rufai;
“I didn’t want to be the governor of Kaduna state. Buhari forced me to run for the office of the governor of Kaduna state. I was afraid of running because I have never run for any office before.
“Myself, Ngozi, Oby are not people that will stand on podium and tell people to vote for us. We are not like that. That’s not our training”.
