In a recent video on YouTube, Founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has emphasized the power of living a life fully committed to God, noting that such devotion extends blessings to future generations. He made the remarks while introducing his first son, Pastor David Oyedepo Jr., during a service on Sunday.
Speaking from 00:46 on the spiritual impact of consecration, Oyedepo said, “When your life becomes a seed unto God, it imparts on your generations.” He described it as a personal joy to present his son as the next minister to address the congregation, highlighting the natural alignment of his children with Christian service.
According to the cleric, raising children in the fear of God has yielded peace and ease in his family. “We’ve never had any trouble seeing our natural seed walk with Jesus. Never had any problem,” he said. “They line up naturally following Jesus in their respective capacities. No stress, no strain.”
Referencing scripture, Oyedepo declared that divine grace remains the foundation of generational blessing. He added, “He said, blessed is the man that fears the Lord, that delights greatly in His commandments. His seed shall be blessed… It’s all of grace.”
