In a recent video on Facebook from 03:01, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a strong warning that Nigeria could experience a post-election crisis similar to what is currently unfolding in Cameroon.
Speaking during a live prophetic session, the cleric drew parallels between Nigeria’s political climate and the tensions in Cameroon, where opposition groups have been at loggerheads with authorities over electoral outcomes.
“Look at what is happening in Cameroon,” Ayodele said. “That is exactly what will happen in Nigeria. That’s exactly what wanted to happen in Nigeria.”
According to the cleric, the next general election could witness intense competition and chaos if proactive steps are not taken to ensure transparency and peace. He warned that the opposition would “come out strongly” even before official results are announced.
“The opposition will come out strongly before the election, before the announcement,” Ayodele predicted. “They will announce themselves as winners. They will declare themselves as winners.”
He cautioned that such actions could lead to widespread political unrest unless preventive measures are implemented by the electoral authorities and security agencies.
