One of the chieftains of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Lauretta Onochie has reacted after the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC directed all workers to shut down economy if NLC President, Comrade Joe Ajaero is arrested.
According to VANGUARD, the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, made the decision after the Nigeria Police Force, NPF invited Joe Ajaero for questioning over allegations on terrorism financing, treasonable felony and others.
In the post that Lauretta Onochie made on her official X handle on Tuesday, she said if NLC cannot back the police to investigate a crime bothering on national security involving Joe Ajaero, President Bola Tinubu needs to stand on the ruling of the National Industrial Court which supports “No Work, No Pay”.

“Dear Mr. President, Bola Tinubu, If NLC cannot back the police to investigate a crime bothering on national security, involving their Ajaero, you need to stand on the ruling of the National Industrial Court which supports “No Work, No Pay”.
