A resident of the Babanla community in the Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State has given his take on the bandit attack that recently occurred in the community.
In recent times, the president of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has charged the Nigerian Police Force and the Nigerian Army, as well as other security agencies, to employ new strategies in curbing the rising level of insecurity across the country.
However, in the video posted by Arise News, a resident of the Babanla community called for the intervention of the federal government, stressing that members of the community are being murdered repeatedly by Fulani herdsmen and yet the same Fulani natives are the ones working as guards for the area.
