The former Kaduna State All Progressive Congress organizing secretary, Sam Yohana, blamed the political feud and public disagreement of Senator Ireti Kingibe against FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, on Wike’s close relationship with former Senator Philip Aduda.

In an open interview on News Central TV from 7:21, Yohana suggested that Wike’s strong ties to Aduda may indicate that Wike would back Aduda in any future senate candidacy, which would have an impact on Kingibe’s own political prospects.

He clarified that Kingibe expressed her dissatisfaction with this apparent collaboration, prompting Wike to retaliate.

In his words, “With Aduda always hanging around the Minister (Nyesom Wike), it is sending a message that in 2027, the honorable minister of FCT will do the bidding for Philip Aduda.”

“And Aduda, as we all know, is eager to come back to the Senate. So, she (Ireti Kingibe) couldn’t control or hold herself back; she had to come out and voice her displeasure.”

“I think the minister (Wike) didn’t like the way she went about it; he now throws it back at her.”
